Discount Code Terms & Conditions

We’re excited to offer you these amazing deals! However, there are a few details to keep in mind to ensure a smooth experience. Please read the following terms and conditions before using your discount codes.

General Terms

  1. One-Time Use Only
    Discount codes are valid for a single use per customer unless otherwise stated. Duplicate uses or sharing codes may result in cancellation of the discount.
  2. Expiration Dates
    All discount codes expire on the dates specified below. Codes used after this date will not be honored. Please check the expiration details for each code. All codes are issued in Mountain Time.
  3. Applicable Products/Services
    Discounts apply only to medical training classes.
  4. Non-Transferable
    Discount codes are intended for use by the recipient only and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared without prior authorization.
  5. No Cash Value
    Discount codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.
  6. Cannot Be Combined
    Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
  7. Cannot Be Applied Post Registration
    Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be added or retroactively applied after registration is complete.

 

Returns and Refunds

  • If you cancel the class purchased with a discount code, you’ll be refunded the amount you paid after the discount was applied. Discount codes will not be reissued for future use.
  • Should you choose to move your enrollment to a different month not covered within the scope of the discount code, you will be responsible for paying the amount covered by the code.
  • If you cancel the class you purchased and have an outstanding balance owed to the school, the discount code will no longer apply, and the full cost of the class will be calculated before any payments made are deducted.

 

Limitations

  1. Geographical Restrictions
    Codes are valid only for customers in the United States.
  2. Expiration Dates
    We reserve the right to reject discount codes in cases of abuse, misuse, or technical errors.
  3. Applicable Products/Services
    Third party payers and sponsors are not eligible to receive a discount on behalf of the student they are sponsoring for the class.
