What to Expect
In Class and Online
On the first day of class, you will meet your instructor and receive a textbook for guided study. Throughout the 76-hour hybrid program, you will participate in 48 hours of instructor-led discussions and presentations, including approximately 24 hours of hands-on training. The remaining 28 hours of core anatomy learning are completed online. On the final day of class, you will demonstrate your blood-drawing skills during an in-class practical exam. The online Basic Healthcare Worker training can be completed before, during, or after the in-person class.
After Class
After completing your class, you’ll be prepared to take your national certification exam. Our career resources can help guide your entry into the workforce, and with our Student for Life Promise, you can always return to your original campus to freshen up your skills for free.
